1. Who operates this site
SEYRO is a platform in preparation for local shops and small businesses, starting with restaurants. No service is offered for sale yet.

2. What this site does
This site is an information page.
- It has no form.
- It allows no sign-up and no account creation.
- It uses no cookies, no trackers, no audience measurement tool and no advertising.
3. Data processed
a) Technical connection data. When you view a page, your browser necessarily sends technical data (in particular the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type) to the servers that deliver the site.
- Host: Render Services, Inc., 525 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94131, United States, which processes this data on our behalf, as a processor.
- Delivery: the site is served by the content delivery network (CDN) of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), a sub-processor of Render. A page may therefore be served from a server located outside Switzerland.
- Logs: Render does not emit logs for this type of site, and we have no access to any connection log. Render states that it keeps personal data for as long as necessary to provide its services; it does not publish a specific retention period for connection data.
b) Messages sent to contact@seyro.ch. If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message only to reply to you.
- E-mail provider: Infomaniak Network SA, Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland.
- Retention period of messages: 12 months at most after receipt.
We collect no other data through this site.
4. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.
The data described in section 3 a) is processed by Render Services, Inc. and by its sub-processor Cloudflare, Inc., established in the United States; the servers of the delivery network may be located in other countries. These disclosures rely on the certification of these companies under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council has recognised since 15 September 2024 as ensuring an adequate level of protection for certified companies.
The messages described in section 3 b) are processed by Infomaniak Network SA, established in Switzerland. Any transfers of data it makes are described in its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to you, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may in particular request access to your data, its correction or its erasure, and object to its processing.

We act on a deletion request within 30 days at most.
You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. The SEYRO software
The SEYRO software is not available yet. A separate privacy policy will apply to the service when it opens. It is not described here.
7. Changes
This policy may change, in particular if the site changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
