Terms of use — seyro.ch and the SEYRO service (pilot phase)
Version 0 — under legal review — effective date: 28.10.2026
The French version prevails.
1. Purpose and operator
These terms govern the use of the seyro.ch site and of the SEYRO service during its pilot phase.
- Operator: Mehdi Ayari
- Contact: contact@seyro.ch
2. Pilot phase without sales
- The service is under development. It is neither sold nor invoiced: no price, no payment.
- Access to the service is by invitation only, under a written agreement with a pilot restaurant.
- Features shown as "Coming soon" are not available.
3. Account
Users keep their credentials confidential and tell SEYRO about any unauthorised use (contact@seyro.ch).
4. Connection to Google Business Profile
- The restaurant declares that it owns the listing or is authorised by its owner to connect it.
- The restaurant remains the owner of its Google Business Profile listing. SEYRO is only a manager, at the restaurant's invitation.
- SEYRO is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Google.
- Google Business Profile is a service provided free of charge by Google.
- SEYRO replies to reviews on the restaurant's behalf only with its written authorisation.
- No automation (automatic replies, posts, changes to the listing) is triggered without the restaurant's prior, specific and express consent, recorded in a consent log. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- SEYRO informs the owner of the location's SEYRO account by e-mail of any change it makes to the listing or to its access, within 48 hours.
5. Rules of use
- The service does not filter reviews by rating and offers nothing in exchange for a review.
- Replies suggested by AI are read and approved by a person before any publication, unless an automation has been expressly consented to.
- Texts suggested by AI may contain errors; the restaurant remains responsible for the content published in its name.
- Users follow Google's rules that apply to reviews and listings.
6. Personal data
A privacy policy specific to the service will apply when it opens. Content obtained from the Google Business Profile APIs is kept for 30 days at most, backups and caches included.
7. End of use
- The restaurant may stop using the service at any time, by simple message to contact@seyro.ch.
- Within 7 business days, SEYRO lets it dissociate its listing from the service, removes its own manager access and revokes the authorisations granted.
- Deletion of data: on request, within 30 days at most. Content obtained from the Google Business Profile APIs is never kept for more than 30 days.
8. Availability and liability
- The service is provided in a pilot phase, with no guarantee of availability or results.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is excluded. This exclusion does not apply in the event of intentional misconduct (wilful intent) or gross negligence (article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on seyro.ch, with its date.
